The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants will hire 120 to 140 new employees next week during its “Spectacular Day of Hiring” event. The hiring event will take place at all 17 area Copper Cellar Family of Restaurant locations (which include Copper Cellar, Calhoun’s, Smoky Mountain Brewery, Cappuccino’s, Cherokee Grill and Chesapeake’s restaurants) from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Logos Square 2“We currently have openings in a wide variety of areas,” said Bart Fricks, Chief Operating Officer for Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants. “We offer people a proven career path ̶ more than 65 percent of our management team started out as hourly employees at one of our restaurants. If someone is looking for an opportunity to work hard and move up in an organization, they should come see us next week.”

Since 1975, the Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants has been known as “The Taste of Tennessee.” All of the company’s 17 locations were built on a foundation of serving guests simple foods with the highest-quality ingredients.
