The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants announced today that an all-new Cappuccino’s is opening at Copper Cellar West. The new restaurant is officially open now.
An East Tennessee favorite for years, Cappuccino’s has been recreated from the ground up. Guests will find an entirely redesigned dining room, a fresh new menu, and chef Frank Aloise, who joined Cappuccino’s in January, will put his own creative signature on the restaurant’s exquisite Italian dishes.
The new Cappuccino’s will feature authentic Italian cuisine including Scallopine’ di Vitello Cappuccino, Filetto di Manzo alla Zingerella, a large selection of pasta dishes and a comprehensive wine menu.
“Cappuccino’s has a large following of people who appreciate authentic Italian food,” said Bart Fricks, Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants. “They will not be disappointed with the new Cappuccino’s. We took all of the things people loved about the original restaurant and made them even better.”
The new Cappuccino’s is located adjacent to Copper Cellar West at 7316 Kingston Pike in Knoxville. The restaurant opens at 5 p.m. every day.
Cappuccino’s is part of the Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants. The company operates 17 locations throughout East Tennessee including Calhoun’s, Copper Cellar, Smoky Mountain Brewery, Chesapeake’s and Cherokee Grill. For more than three decades, Copper Cellar and its 1,100 employees have served award-winning food that has become known as “the taste of Tennessee.”
