Paleo Foods Café has retained Rick Laney Marketing to manage marketing, promotions, advertising and public relations as the company expands.
Paleo Foods Café serves delicious whole foods that are locally sourced here in Knoxville. The food is entirely organic, 100-percent grain free, gluten free, and (mostly) dairy free. It’s also scrumptious.
The first Paleo Foods Café opened two years ago in The Health Factory on Alcoa Highway. A second location is now open on Cross Park Drive just off Cedar Bluff Road and other locations are in the works.
Paleo Foods Cafe is bringing back real food. It isn’t about restrictions, or counting numbers in your food or on a scale. You tailor it to your body’s needs, and eat as much or as little as you need to perform. Eating well is about changing how you live … you’ll be able to perform better, sleep better, have clearer skin, more energy, and a happier, healthy body. It’s all about filling your body with foods that nourish it, not deplete it.
Afraid you’d have to give up your favorite foods to eat clean? Paleo Foods Café uses locally sourced, honest ingredients to make chocolate smoothies, vanilla lattes, brownies, cookies, and even breakfast pizza! They even have a menu just for kids, which includes sausage biscuits and cinnamon toast waffles. Eating healthy does not mean that everything must be green and taste like grass, and it doesn’t even mean you have to give up chocolate!
Paleo isn’t only healthy, it’s totally delicious. Have fun with it!
