On Monday, August 24, 2015, Gourmet’s Market will serve a five-course Harvest Dinner at 7 p.m. showcasing the culinary talents of Chef Adam Tyler and his team.
The harvest dinner features local fruits, vegetables and meats. The
dinner includes watercress and orange soup, a tomato and carrot salad, pan-fried eggplant, pan-seared free-range chicken with tri-colored fingerling potatoes and a parfait with house-made yogurt and fresh local berries. Wine will be paired with the meal.
The Harvest Dinner at Gourmet’s Market is the first of a series of reservation-only gourmet dinners at the popular Knoxville restaurant. Space is limited. For more information or to make reservations, call (865) 584-8739.
